Hi, I’m Mike Holp.

I’ve been shipping software since 2013, starting with iOS apps in Objective-C: a charity-giving app, a language tutor, and a client for OBD car devices. When AI tools got good enough to build real things with, I started testing them in public.
AI Automation Station is where I publish those builds, on YouTube and in the written guides on this site. AI Income Lab is its paid learning community on Skool, with courses, templates and help while you build. It is not affiliated with other Skool groups that use a similar name. I also build and run TubeAnalytics and VisiScan.
Timeline
- 2013: shipped my first iOS apps in Objective-C
- 2014: rebuilt Tetris in Swift the year it came out
- 2016: built an iOS client for OBD car devices
- 2025: started AI Automation Station on YouTube
- Now: building TubeAnalytics and VisiScan, and hosting AI Income Lab
How the guides and videos are made
My rule for every video: build something real, leave the mistakes in, and tell you plainly whether the tool is worth your time. The written guides follow the same rule:
- Every guide shows when it was published and last updated.
- Claims about pricing, limits and product behaviour link to the vendor’s own documentation in a Sources section, with the date I checked them when they change often.
- Where a video got something wrong or a tool changed after recording, the guide or the video page says so.
- Income guides describe options, not promises. Results depend on your project, your experience and the time you put in.
